Please be aware, when you call, that due to my extremely busy schedule, if I am fast and to-the-point with you on the phone, it is only because we will need to be matter-of-fact. That just is the way my life works. It really will need to be ok that it is your responsibilty to get in touch with me.
The office phones may not always be answered "live". In some cases you'll be forwarded to secure voicemail. If it does, please leave your name, number, email address, and best time to call.
Unless I'm traveling, routine return calls are usually handled within 24 or so hours, (generally excluding weekend and holidays).
In this case, messages will go into my "return to work" file.
In all cases, pre-paid consultation clients have first priority.
Emailed questions are generally answered via my Weekly Hotsheet.
